Year 2018
1. Free denture scheme, being conducted by the Department in Old Age Homes, Primary Health Centre and Satellite centres
2. 8th April: Organized Free Dental Check up Camp at “Shri Shivabalayogi Maharaj Trust”, Bengaluru in DSCDS
3. 9th October: Organized “Single Day Denture Program”- On the occasion of International Day for Elderly People, 25 complete denture patients were treated.
4. Conducting “DANTA BHAGYA free denture camp” at Kanakapura and is in process.
- Year 2019
- Department organized Comprehensive implant workshop in collaboration with Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Periodontics, Oral Medicine and Radiology on Feb 2019.
Department of Prosthodontics in collaboration with Department Public Health Dentistry, organized Danta Bhagya free denture camp at Konankunte in June 2019. 20 completely edentulous patients were treated. Staff, Post graduate students, Dental Technicians and Interns of Department of Prosthodontics and Public Health Dentistry, participated and helped in making the dental camp a huge success.
Department of Prosthodontics in collaboration with Department Public Health Dentistry, organized Danta Baghya free denture camp at Kanakpura in September 2019. 47 completely edentulous patients were treated. Staff, Post graduate students, Dental Technicians and Interns of Department of Prosthodontics and Public Health Dentistry, participated and helped in making the dental camp a huge success.
